REFUND POLICY

At C-Starry | Curated C-Drama Merch & Cpop Idol Store, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent purchasing experience. As many of our products are sourced through third-party platforms upon customer request, the following refund policy applies.


1. Nature of Service

C-Starry primarily provides procurement and purchasing agent services, not direct retail sales.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that we purchase goods on your behalf from third-party suppliers.


2. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before procurement has been completed.

  • If the order has not yet been placed with the supplier → full refund available
  • If the order has already been procured or processed → cancellation is not guaranteed

Once procurement is completed, the order is considered final and non-cancellable.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

Eligible:

  • Item is out of stock / unavailable
  • Supplier fails to fulfill the order

Not Eligible:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference (size, color, style, etc.)
  • Delays caused by logistics or customs
  • Minor differences in product appearance

4. Product Quality & Authenticity

C-Starry does not manufacture or directly sell products.

All product-related issues (including quality, authenticity, defects) are the responsibility of the original seller or platform.

We may assist in communicating with the supplier, but:

  • We do not guarantee refunds or replacements
  • Resolution depends on the supplier’s policy

5. Shipping & Risk

Once the item is shipped:

  • Shipping delays, loss, or damage are the responsibility of the carrier/logistics provider
  • International shipping risks (customs, duties, clearance) are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds will not be issued for shipping-related issues beyond our control.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of cross-border procurement:

  • Returns are generally not supported
  • Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs if return is exceptionally approved

7. Proof of Fulfillment

We reserve the right to provide the following as proof of service completion:

  • Supplier purchase records
  • Order confirmations
  • Shipping tracking information

These may be used in dispute resolution if necessary.


8. Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues.

Filing a dispute or chargeback without prior communication may be considered a violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to submit all relevant documentation (including procurement records and shipping proof) to resolve disputes.
